2. Orders & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices depend on the quantity and options selected. The final price is confirmed at checkout.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, with a full refund of any amount paid.
3. Artwork & content
- You are responsible for the accuracy of text, spelling, images and layout in the artwork you provide.
- You confirm that you own or have permission to use all logos, images and content submitted for printing.
- We may refuse to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights.
4. Colour & finishing
Minor variations in colour, cutting (up to 2 mm) and finishing are normal in commercial printing and are not considered defects.
5. Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Cash on Delivery may be unavailable for certain locations or high-value orders.
6. Delivery, cancellations & returns
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return Policy.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays or printing errors.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
