Delivery coverage
Trustdeal Trading delivers to all serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. Customers in Delhi NCR can also collect orders from our store at Shop No. A-20, LSC Complex, Naraina Vihar, Block A, New Delhi – 110028.
Production & delivery timelines
- Production: 1–3 working days after artwork approval (larger or specialty jobs such as rigid boxes may take longer).
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
Timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays. The estimated delivery date is shown on your order confirmation and in My Orders.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above.
- A flat ₹99 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹999.
- Express or same-day delivery within Delhi NCR is available on request at additional cost.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you can follow your order on our Track Order page using your order number and the email or mobile number used at checkout.
Delays & failed deliveries
Delivery may be delayed by weather, strikes or courier issues beyond our control. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged packages
Please refuse any package that is visibly damaged, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return Policy for details.
