- Artwork & files: designs and documents you upload for printing or quotations.
- Payment information: processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve our website.
How we use your information
- To process, print, ship and support your orders.
- To send order updates, invoices and responses to your enquiries.
- To prevent fraud and keep our services secure.
- With your consent, to share offers and new products. You can opt out at any time.
Your artwork
Uploaded designs are used only to fulfil your order. We never reuse, sell or share your artwork with third parties, other than the production and logistics partners needed to deliver your order.
Sharing of information
We share only the minimum information required with courier partners, payment gateways and service providers who help us operate. We do not sell your personal data.
Data security & retention
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data and retain it only as long as needed for orders, legal and accounting purposes.
Your rights
